President of the “Digital Art & Video” section at Salon d'Automne, an international notoriety
It was in 2013 that Isabelle humbly presented her candidacy for the 111th edition of the Salon d'Automne.
Unanimously selected by the jury of the Salon d'Automne, this is how Isabelle's adventure began within this fabulous institution, under the chairmanship of Mr. Zénobel as head of section.
In view of the quality and the pictorial character of his work, Mr. Noël Coret , President of the Salon d'Automne at that time asked the team in place so that Isabelle be appointed member from the first year but also that photography be represented during his group exhibition France - Japan at the National Art Center in Tokyo.
It was after 2 years of work at the Salon d'Automne International that Isabelle joined Sylvie Koëchlin's team at the Salon d'Automne, as Deputy Treasurer but also President of the "Art Digital and Video ” : for 5 years, it has therefore been developing this very trendy section to highlight artists during the annual exhibition (but also via partnerships: specialized press or not, digital players like Adobe).
Member of the Board of Directors and of the Committee of the famous Salon d'Automne du Grand Palais in Paris, Isabelle Schmitt is to this day, thanks to the aura of this association, known throughout the world, as much for her photographic work as for his involvement in the art world.

ITS UNIVERSE, ITS APPROCH
Precursor and influencer, the style of Isabelle Schmitt opened in the world of the image of real doors on new perspectives, on other looks and possible universes.
Freeing herself notably from the shackles imposed by the institutions for which she collaborated (official UNESCO photographer, Paris City Hall, press agencies, sporting events, orders from famous companies, haute couture fashion), she took, from his flight as a freelance, the party to compose completely as he pleases, on his favorite subjects, from portrait to heritage and this, in a quirky way, his first step.

As soon as night falls, she has fun sublimating them, revisiting them, favoring the views rid of all human presence, as opposed to street photography, fashion from the years 1990-2000.
